Privacy policy
This policy explains what personal data is processed when you visit prmcore.io and what we do with it. It describes what this website actually does today.
Who is responsible
The controller of your data is PRM CORE P.S.A.
Contact: g.tukaj@prmcore.io
What this website collects
We do not use analytics, advertising or tracking tools, and we do not load third-party scripts or fonts. All fonts and files are served from prmcore.io.
Like every web server, the server that hosts this site records technical data about each request: IP address, date and time, the page requested and the browser's user-agent. This is processed by our hosting provider to deliver the site, keep it secure and fix errors (legitimate interest, Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR). Server logs are kept for a limited time set by the hosting provider.
Cookies
The site sets one first-party cookie named lang when you use the language switcher. It stores your language choice (en or pl) for one year so we can remember it. It does not identify you and is never used for tracking. The URL always decides which language you see.
Because no other cookies are used, there is no cookie banner.
Messages you send us
If you write to us or book a demo, we process the data you give us (for example your name, work email, clinic and the content of your message) to answer you and to arrange the demo. The legal basis is taking steps at your request and our legitimate interest in answering business enquiries (Art. 6(1)(b) and (f) GDPR). We keep correspondence for as long as needed to handle the matter and for the limitation period of possible claims.
Please do not send us patient data. PRM Core does not need it for a demo.
Who receives data
Our hosting provider (as a processor), and the e-mail or scheduling service we use to receive your messages. We do not sell personal data. We transfer data outside the European Economic Area only where the provider ensures a lawful transfer mechanism.
Your rights
You may ask for access to your data, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing and portability, and you may object to processing based on legitimate interest. Write to us using the contact above.
You also have the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority. In Poland this is the President of the Personal Data Protection Office (Prezes Urzędu Ochrony Danych Osobowych, uodo.gov.pl).
Changes
We will update this page when the website's data processing changes and show the date of the last update.
